How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data using any of the following methods:

Option 1: In-App or Web Settings

If you are logged in, visit your account settings page and scroll to the bottom to find the "Delete Account" option. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to support@xtsystems.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Conversation history and chat logs
  • Agent configurations and custom settings
  • Uploaded files and documents
  • Saved preferences and API keys

Data Retention After Deletion

Some data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Any retained data will be anonymized or deleted once the retention period expires.
